Sample Equitable Bike Share Job Descriptions

Increasing diversity in bike share has to happen both outside and inside the main office. But it’s not always easy to develop an equity-oriented job description. Since 2017, we’ve been collecting samples of several such postings from various cities and bike share operators to serve as a resource for future hiring efforts.
