Portland Bureau of Transportation

The Portland Bureau of Transportation and its partners, the Multnomah County REACH (Racial and Ethnic Approaches to Community Health) Program and Portland high schools, will help provide Biketown (Portland’s bike share program) access, education, and support to those receiving county health assistance and youth, all with the overall goal of improving health outcomes.
